A non-writing post coming, prepare yourselves: I was going through my kindle collection and stumbled across one of the most surprising RH series I’ve read (surprising because it kind of tricks you into thinking it’s not going to be RH and then BOOOM…. RH all the way!) and thought I’d share it with you guys.

So… A few years back I was reading a lot of paranormal romance and I stumbled across a hidden gem. When I started reading it I thought it was going to be the typical post-apocalyptic vampire romance (I know, I know, nothing typical about it!), and boy was I wrong! Turns out, this series begins with one woman (a super cool witch) and one man (a sexy vampire), but half-way through the book another brooding, angry vampire is thrown into the fray, and in book 2 (which is my favorite) vampire number three makes his entrance. I was blown away by these books! They’re so well written and the romance is to die for! I’ve re-read book 2 multiple times, but then again, I have a thing for two wounded souls coming together during captivity and those kinds of dark scenarios.

For those wondering, the book is called: “A Wicked Hunger” and it’s written by Kiersten Fay.
